About Me and My Practice
Hi, I’m Laura, a COSRT-accredited sex and relationship therapist.
I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore intimacy, relationships, and sexuality. Sex and relationship therapy is a talking therapy that can help resolve concerns affecting your relationships, sex life, or both. Our work together may involve sex education, open discussion, and practical exercises to try between sessions—often blending all these elements.
As a neurodivergent therapist (AuDHD), I understand that mainstream approaches don’t always fit everyone. I have additional training in neurodivergent wellbeing and can support you in identifying strategies that align with your unique sensory, emotional, and relational needs.
I work with individuals and people in relationships facing a range of challenges, including desire discrepancies, intimacy concerns, sexual dysfunction, and neurodivergence-related sexual experiences. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, develop strategies for well-being, and navigate sex and relationships in a way that works for you.
Below are some common issues that I can help you with:
Painful sex • Difficulty reaching orgasm • Issues with arousal • Vaginismus • Unreliable erections • Premature ejaculation • Delayed ejaculation • Loss of desire • Polyamory • Ethical non-monogamy • Sexual orientation • Affairs • Mismatched desire • Communication • Improving relationships • Trust
This list is not exhaustive, so if you are unsure, please reach out.
