Panagiotis Bouzianis

Who I Am, and How I Work

My name is Panagiotis Bouzianis (Panos). I am an HCPC registered, Chartered Counselling Psychologist.

I specialise in providing evidence-based, contemporary Psychoanalytic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also offer resilience-based therapy for individuals struggling with the COVID-19 pandemic. I work with young people, adults and older adults.

My aim in therapy is to create an open, non-judgmental and empowering environment. In your sessions, you will take the lead, but I will help you to clarify what is at the core of your difficulties, what you want to get out of therapy, and how to engage with different viewpoints and behaviours.

Qualifications, Training, and Memberships

• British Psychological Society (BPS) Chartered Member (CPsychol) since January 2016

• Healthcare Professions Council (HCPC) registered Practitioner Psychologist since July 2015

• Doctorate of Psychology (DPsych), Counselling Psychology, City University London, February 2015

• British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Registered Member (MBACP) since January 2014

Fees

My fee for an initial assessment is £65, and this can last from 45 to 60 minutes.

My standard fee for weekly on-going sessions is £80. Concessions may be available.

Significant concessions are available for those very much affected by the pandemic and those whose work poses a risk of exposure to COVID-19.

Sessions can last from 40 to 60 minutes, depending on the material explored each time. Sometimes session duration can vary in order to punctuate a particularly important question, dilemma, or point of ‘stuckness’. The fee is not affected by session duration.
