About Me and My Practice

Thank you for visiting my profile.

My name is Yvette, and I am an integrative psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in supporting mental and emotional well-being. I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate a wide range of life’s challenges—whether big or small.

My journey into therapy began with a career in occupational health. This foundation enriched my understanding of diverse client experiences and difficulties, enabling me to offer tailored support that meets individual needs.

At the heart of my practice are the core principles of therapy: providing a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. Trained in Humanistic psychology, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to help guide you toward better understanding and management of your difficulties.

I feel fortunate to be trusted as a part of people’s emotional and mental well-being journey, and I approach this responsibility with the utmost care and respect.

I have experience working with clients from a wide range of ages, races, cultural and social backgrounds. I value the unique perspectives and experiences that each individual brings to therapy and tailor my approach to suit your specific needs.

At the beginning of our work together, I offer a consultation session where we can learn more about each other and explore how I can support your goals in therapy.

I work with adult individuals as well as couples.
